Our retreats allow you to pause intentionally, focus on healing and replenishing your spirit, and give you the freedom to be still while rediscovering what it means to truly be happy and fulfilled.

Participants will engage in therapeutic activities such as generational talks, sound bath, restorative yoga, therapeutic journaling, lunch, fellowship, and so much more. Over 5 hours of intense inner work to awaken your inner peace.
